Blanc Neige products are produced in small batches. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have any questions about a specific product, please feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Blanc Neige does not offer refunds or exchanges for any product unless the product is damaged or broken when you receive it. In this case, please send photos of the damaged items to info@blancskin.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will happily replace it for you. We may ask you to send damaged items to us.
